We handle vendor selection, the data and use policy that governs how AI is used inside your firm, device provisioning so the AI is on every laptop from day one, and enough internal literacy that adoption has a base to build on. Usually bundled with the Workflow Phase; tools in place without a plan to use them differently tends not to produce different results.
