A short, paid engagement of one to three weeks. We find the work AI could take over in your firm, then set out what we would build and run, with the economics worked out against your real numbers.

For firms with no AI in place yet. We put in the foundations: the right tools, a clear data and usage policy, devices provisioned, and enough literacy that what we build next has solid ground to sit on.
