ABOUT MERIDIAN
Leverage per head.
The thesis is simple. Multiply every person's capability, and the organisation delivers more — across more markets, more categories, more clients. That's the gap we close.
OUR STORY
The next license you buy won't fix it.
Most companies have AI tools. Few have figured out how to use them well. People work on personal accounts. One or two power users champion the tools. Leadership can't tell whether any of it is actually working. The tools are mature — what's missing is the gap between having software and actually using it.
That gap has three parts: tools that aren't wired into the work, context that doesn't understand the business, and enablement that didn't happen. We close all three — through structured Phase engagements that move companies up the AI maturity curve, starting with Discovery.
Closing the gap is a different kind of work than buying software. It's the difference between buying a gym membership and getting fit. The membership is necessary. It isn't sufficient.
OPERATING PRINCIPLES
Four principles that govern every engagement.
The product does the teaching
Friction-free setup and useful defaults beat workshops. Training is the safety net, not the adoption mechanism. If the first session isn't productive, we've lost the user.
Wins compound
Every shared workflow raises the floor for the whole department. The mechanism for sharing must be frictionless. Individual wins become organisational capability.
Build to replace
Tools and workflows will be replaced. The hero use case that works in month one may be obsolete by month six. Don't over-invest in any single version — build to learn.
Works on open
No one should file a ticket to start using AI productively. Managed connections, SSO, and pre-loaded skills mean the tools work from the first session.
